Welcome to Steinagel Management Services, LLC! We are located in the heart of Kalamazoo, Michigan. This small business is all about the people we work for, and those people are YOU. Everyone needs a home to feel safe and create beautiful memories in. That's what we have been striving to provide the last 30 years, and the next 30 more!

Our story began in the late 70's when the original owner Bill Steinagel was interested in property management. Bill had stumbled upon a property that needed some love, and that's what he gave it! 30 years later SMS, LLC owns around 60 properties in and around the Kalamazoo area. Today, it is ran by his daughter and son-in-law, Scott and Lori Freund. 

We offer a wide range of different style homes and apartments, from big to small. Whether you are looking for just yourself or looking to move your family, we have something for everyone.
